PRP

PRP - Rejuvenation of the skin by growth factor from plasma is a treatment that uses the body's own potential to improve the texture and tone of skin. It visibly reduces wrinkles and marks on the skin such as acne scars and is a great choice for an ideal beauty regimen aiming to repair the overall condition of the skin.

How is the treatment performed?

The blood is extracted to sterile container by already prepared set. At no time blood comes in contact with the air from the environment so as to prevent any contamination of the sample. Centrifugation is used to separate plasma from blood elements - it is only taken for a rejuvenation treatment. Part of this plasma obtained in this way is used for rejuvenation of the specific region of the skin, and the other part for making fillers that fill deep wrinkles. The injection process takes 8 to 15 minutes depending on the region.

Why PRP?

In the process of ageing skin loses its ability to retain moisture, to synthesize hyaluronic acid, and most importantly, to renew collagen fibers. Therefore, PRP is the most natural solution for the restoration of skin structure since by stimulating resynthesis of collagen and boosting blood flow to the treated areas it results in a renewed, sail and radiant skin.

What kind of problems can we solve with plasma rejuvenation?

• Loose, wrinkled, scarred texture of the skin of the face, neck and chest.
• After the laser treatment, chemical peels or other aggressive treatments, PRP is used as a mask to be applied to the face for faster regeneration.
• The loss of hair, plasma is injected by fine thin needles into the scalp resulting in the re-growth of hair, which becomes stronger and fuller.

What are the treatment’s risks?

Bearing in mind the autologous nature of the PRP treatment (own tissue is used) there is no risk of any immune or allergic reactions as well as the transmission of disease through blood. In general, the procedures with PRP are not painful and the patient can immediately return to their daily activities. The procedure does not require more than 30 minute doctor visits, while eliminating the need for radical surgery.
